Because I know there are mixed opinions on trigger warnings I have decided not to put them in the blurbs or at the front of my books but instead have a general trigger warning page here on my website so readers and potential readers can be informed!
I write romantic suspense and military romance, so there are things that go along with those genres that you can expect to find in my books. Also I believe that the world can be a messy place, bad things happen, and I choose not to sugarcoat those things in my writing. So there will be violence, and sometimes there will be sexual assault. I do not try to make these things overly graphic, or sensationalized, or extremely detailed on page, but I do include them because I believe, particularly in regards to sexual assault, that the more we read about it, the more we talk about it, and the more we talk about it the more comfortable victims will hopefully feel talking about it.
This list is by no means completely comprehensive, and not every book will have every one of these potential triggers, but if you read enough of my books eventually you will come across all of these.
