This was unreal.
His eyes couldn’t believe what he was seeing.
There had to be a mistake. This couldn’t be true. It couldn’t really be happening. There had to be some other explanation.
That was his fiancee. The woman he had known for almost four years now. The woman he loved. The woman he planned to spend the rest of his life with.
There was no denying it was here. She was standing there, long, curly chocolate brown hair reaching all the way down beneath her bottom. Amber eyes that glowed like two pieces of gold, with those impossibly long lashes. Plump, pale pink lips that were the most kissable he had ever seen. And a perfect body that felt so good that every time he touched it it was like he had died and gone to heaven.
It was her, standing there, with another man.
She had lied to him. Told him she couldn’t go out to dinner with him tonight because she had some family thing she had to take care of.
Instead she was out on a date with another man.
And he still couldn’t get over what he had just seen her do.
The woman he loved had just committed murder.
